She advises financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, secured and unsecured lending, development financing, real estate financing, asset financing, and trade finance. She also advises on financial services regulatory matters, and her practice spans both the conventional and Islamic finance sectors. Her experience is further complemented in 2024 by a nine-month on-site secondment with Emirates Islamic Bank (P.J.S.C.) based in Dubai, where she served as legal counsel, advising on a diverse range of transactions and supporting day-to-day operations.
