Nicole Stewart


Nicole is a Lawyer in Trowers & Hamlins' International Banking & Finance department.

Nicole graduated from the University of Manchester with a LLB (Hons) Law in 2018 and completed her Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School in London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019 and was later admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020, following her pupillage at a reputable Malaysian law firm.

Her experiences include acting for local and foreign financial institutions and companies in domestic and cross-border corporate loan transactions, advising on secured and unsecured lending, structured trade financing, asset financing, asset acquisition and derivatives. Nicole has also advised global financial institutions on local licensing and regulatory issues surrounding the financial services sector
