Diana is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects & Construction department, having trained at the firm.

Diana has non-contentious construction experience advising a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors. 

Diana's practice includes negotiating and drafting amendments to industry standard forms and bespoke construction contracts and advising on professional team appointments, bonds and guarantees, collateral warranties and developer agreements as well as undertaking the construction due diligence for real estate and finance transactions.
