Julia is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Agriculture and Rural Estates department with over 10 years' experience advising clients in the South West.
Julia advises on all aspects of agricultural and commercial property including: freehold sales and purchases, secured lending, overage agreements, leasehold transactions for landlord and tenant, wayleave agreements, telecoms and renewable energy installations. Julia also has a particular interest in unregistered land.
