Lois is an Associate in the Real Estate team and is based in our Manchester office.
Lois is a commercial property solicitor and has experience dealing with a broad variety of commercial property transactions of varying complexities in both public and private sectors. She works regularly on conditional contracts, leases, development finance and on various matters affecting title.
Having spent time working in-house for a private residential developer, Lois takes the time to understand clients' commercial needs and objectives and values long-lasting and close professional relationships.
