Kate advises on a wide range of housing management matters and her clients include a number of RPs. She has previous experience acting for private individuals having spent 6.5 years as a residential conveyancer.
Kate deals with matters such as shared ownership transactions, right to buy and acquire matters, staircasing, surrenders and regrants of residential properties and lease extensions
