Wrisque Cline


Wrisque is a solicitor in the Construction Disputes team, which he joined in autumn 2021.

Wrisque's practice focuses on resolving technically complex disputes. His clients include employers and developers as well as consultants, contractors and sub-contractors. Wrisque’s experience extends to all forms of dispute resolution, including TCC litigation and the resolution of claims under the Pre-Action Protocol for construction and engineering disputes, as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including adjudications and mediations as well as commercial negotiation. These disputes concern defective design and workmanship claims, variation, extension of time and delay claims, loss and expense claims, and termination. In all cases Wrisque's primary focus is to provide a commercially proportionate dispute resolution service.

He is qualified in England and Wales and is based at Trowers & Hamlins’ London office. Wrisque completed the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' Pathway in Construction Adjudication course and is a member of the Society for Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.
