Lee Collier

Sustainability Manager

Lee is the Sustainability Manager at Trowers & Hamlins, leading the firm's approach to environmental sustainability across its UK and international operations. He focuses on turning the firm's commitments into meaningful action, reducing its environmental impact, progressing towards its net zero ambitions and supporting its wider responsible business priorities.

Lee works closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the firm to develop and deliver its sustainability strategy, ensuring environmental considerations are reflected in how Trowers operates and makes decisions. His work spans carbon reduction, energy efficiency, sustainable procurement and environmental governance. He has led the development of the firm's environmental management framework, including its ISO 14001 certification and independently verified greenhouse gas reporting, helping to ensure that progress is measurable, transparent and supported by credible evidence. Lee is particularly interested in how businesses can make a positive contribution beyond their own environmental footprint. He has helped develop partnerships that connect the firm's sustainability ambitions with its wider values and sector expertise, including its work with HACT to support the decarbonisation of social housing and generate measurable social value, and the Devon Environment Foundation to support grassroots nature recovery and conservation. His approach reflects a belief that sustainability should be practical, embedded in the way an organisation operates and focused on delivering lasting environmental and social benefits.
