Zubair is an Associate in the international banking and finance team, and is based in our London office.
He is acting for various banks, financial institutions, and issue managers in the GCC. He has also acted on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions with his experience spanning across various sectors, such as energy, financial institutions, technology, fintech, manufacturing and education with particular focus on debt issuance, project finance, financial regulation advisory and fintech.
