Tim advises clients on financial services regulation, FSMA, the FCA, and the FCA Handbook. In particular, he has over a decade's experience advising firms that operate in the asset and consumer finance markets. 

He regularly advises clients in all financial services markets on the scope of the FSMA regime, applying to the regulator for authorisation, compliance with regulatory obligations, and rectifying regulatory breaches.  He also advises firms on SM&CR, as well as a broad range of conduct requirements such as financial promotions, commission and incentives arrangements, and structuring new financial products and services.
