International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised SKH Family Office, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), on the suite of hotel management agreements appointing Rotana Hotels & Resorts as the operator of The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah (the “Resort”).
The Resort is owned by Cove Holding Resort, an ADGM-registered entity wholly owned by SKH Family Office.
Under the hotel management agreement, Rotana Hotels & Resorts will manage and operate the Resort in line with SKH Family Office’s long-term vision to reposition and uplift the property. This includes a comprehensive renovation and upgrading programme covering guest rooms, villas, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The programme aligns closely with Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism vision and the UAE’s broader ambitions for sustainable hospitality development.
