Amanda Rainford


Amanda has over 20 years' experience in the private client sector and advises on all aspects of UK estate planning in particular through the use of trusts and wills for IHT mitigation.

Amanda also advises on the drafting of wills and probate and estate administration. She acts as a professional trustee and executor when required and appropriate.

In addition, Amanda provides advice on elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney and other Office of the Public Guardian issues such as deputy applications and statutory wills and is a named attorney and court appointed deputy for a number of clients.

Amanda's particular interests include the creation of trusts and the taxation of trusts and individuals. She also advises on trust administration issues and HMRC compliance for trusts.

Amanda is a long standing Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners .

Amanda is mentioned in legal 500 as having "strong technical knowledge", for her ability to provide "sound, client friendly as well as cost effective advice" and for her "particular expertise in establishing and managing trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries"
