Lucie is a Senior Associate in Real Estate in our Exeter office.
Lucie joined Trowers & Hamlins from Torbay Council, where she headed up the Procurement, Property & Environment legal team. Prior to this, Lucie worked at Womble Bond Dickinson and Michelmores.
Lucie specialises in commercial real estate investments, asset management, infrastructure, and real estate finance. Having worked in-house at a local authority, as well as acting for a number of local and central government bodies throughout her career, Lucie has particular expertise in transactions involving the public sector.
Lucie was highly commended in the 'Lawyer of the Year' category of the Lawyers in Local Government Awards 2022, for her delivery of 'hugely important and complex commercial transactions to enhance Torbay Council's built environment'.
