Assad Maqbool
Assad advises commercial clients and public sector bodies on all aspects of projects, infrastructure, and construction.
He negotiates and drafts development agreements, building and engineering contracts, and professional appointments. Assad has particular expertise of advising on alliancing arrangements and on life sciences, mixed-use regeneration, and education sector projects. Assad also specialises in advising on the integration of new technologies into construction and infrastructure projects.
Assad is recognised by the Legal 500 as a key lawyer in respect of construction and infrastructure. He is ranked by Chambers & Partners for non-contentious construction.
