For the HR Team of the Year Award, the judges were particularly impressed by the firm's commitment to its People First Agenda and its 'creative and empathetic approach to keeping their staff employed, engaged and productive' throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Sue Brooks was acknowledged for 'making an inspirational contribution' and having gone 'over and above to affect their colleagues’ wellbeing and livelihoods' during the difficult period of the last 12 months.
