How Scottish independence will affect Public Private Partnerships

What will happen to Public Private Partnerships if Scotland were to vote to leave the United Kingdom in September?

Many PPP contracts have a standard clause dealing with the consequences of the United Kingdom joining the Euro-but this is probably regarded as quite unlikely in today's political climate.

Not many have addressed the issue of Scotland leaving the UK-or at least not this side of the border. However, many PPPs have been financed by banks and equity funds based in Scotland and several  pension funds who invest in the secondary market for PPPs are based north of the border.

Scotland is already a different jurisdiction but there would be potentially far–reaching and expensive ramifications- for example issues re tax treatment of entities that would as a consequence of dissolution be treated as based overseas-never mind the implications of a change of currency.
