On 9 December 2015 public sector partner Helen Randall spoke at the Business Services Association's discussion on Devolution held at Trowers & Hamlins' Manchester office.  The event included talks from local authority, private and public sector representatives, including the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Tony Lloyd; Andrew Carter, Deputy Chief Executive of Centre for Cities; Mervyn Greer, Local Government Sector Lead at Kier and Kate Welch OBE, Chief Executive of Social Enterprise Acumen CIC.
