This includes acting on transactions for substantial land owner trusts, consortium land owners, investors, developers, promoters and energy operators on both land acquisitions and disposals conditional on various matters such as planning and allocation promotion, consents for site surveys, option agreements, agreements with price determination structures and validity provisions, deferred consideration, landlord and tenant matters, security and other ancillary agreements for projects around the UK.

Most recently Bela has advised on notable innovative projects including the Apache/Moda £1.5b Build to Rent Platform and also advising London Underground Limited on their arrangements with Apartments for London to create affordable Modular Housing above Station Car Parks.
