Sam Woodhead


Sam advises developers and local authorities on a wide range of development control, enforcement and strategic planning matters.

He has worked on numerous major developments projects and frequently negotiates complex section 106 and highways agreements. Sam is well versed in public rights of way disputes, the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations, and permitted development rights. He has a particular interest in compulsory purchase and compensation matters and has worked on several high profile cases both promoting and objecting to schemes.
