Emma Wright


Emma is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Construction department.

Emma advises private and public sector clients on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious construction matters across a variety of sectors including housing, extra care, office and education.

Emma's non-contentious practice includes advising, drafting and negotiating a variety of construction documents including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, performance bonds, novation agreements and parent company guarantees. Emma also supports the firm's real estate practice with due diligence exercises and advising on construction aspects of agreements for lease and development agreements. Emma also works with the construction team's public procurement practice, advising registered providers and local authorities on compliance issues.

Emma's contentious experience includes assisting in acting for clients in adjudications, an expert determination and construction litigation.
