Elizabeth Webb


Liz deals with all aspects of residential sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties advising private clients on residential matters including  re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, transfers of part, new build properties and purchases involving help to buy schemes.

She uses a positive and personal approach to get transactions over the line quickly and with the minimum level of fuss and in addition works closely with estate agents, brokers and other intermediaries.

Prior to re-joining Trowers in October 2015 Liz acted for a number of Registered Providers, Councils and private developers and has experience in a range of property related issues including plot sales and the creation of leasehold interests. She has also worked on the property aspects of stock transfers, stock rationalisation and the large scale charging of property portfolios.

Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, Liz worked as a paralegal for 6 years dealing with residential property transactions. She previously worked at Trowers & Hamlins from 2004 – 2007.
