Laura Truscott


Laura is a Paralegal in Trowers & Hamlins' Residential Property team.

She deals with residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of registered and unregistered titles. Laura also advises private clients on residential matters including first registrations, assents and sales on behalf of executors as well as assisting on refinances acting for banks, borrowers or both.

Laura uses a proactive and positive approach when dealing with transactions working closely with estate agents and intermediaries in the South West. Laura prides herself on being approachable and providing a personal and respective service, making sure that she maintains a high level of contact with clients to make sure their needs and expectations are met throughout the transaction.

Prior to joining Trowers in October 2018 Laura worked in the Residential Conveyancing team in another large firm as a conveyancing assistant. Laura has now been working in the Residential Property sector for 3 years.

As of September 2019 Laura will be working towards her CILEx Level 3 accreditation as a Paralegal specialising in Residential Property.
