Kieran Takher

Kieran has previously worked within private practice and has most recently been in-house general counsel/ interim deputy head of legal at Birmingham City University. 

Kieran has extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate, including the acquisition of land at various stages (bare land, golden brick and turnkey) to advising on overage agreements, promotion agreements, option agreements, forward funding and development agreements. She has acted for Registered Providers, Local Authorities, REIT's and Developers. Kieran has also gained a broad knowledge base whilst working in-house, dealing with all aspects of construction law, data protection, commercial contracts and procurement.
