Bahez Talabani


Bahez is a Solicitor in the Birmingham commercial department, advising on numerous areas involving commercial agreements across both the private and public sectors, including on international projects. Additionally, Bahez has experience advising in relation to data protection compliance and information law matters, including in connection with the rights and obligations of data controllers and data processors under UK law.

His experience is varied and includes advising on many forms of commercial arrangements, including agreements relating to supply of services/goods, software development, SaaS, collaborations, and terms and conditions of purchase/sale. He has experience advising in relation to several industries, but has a particular interest in the growing technology and cyber industries. 

Extracurricularly, Bahez volunteers as a mentor for the University of Law mentoring scheme, participates in the Smart Places Cyber Working Group, and attends Tech Wednesdays, a monthly networking event for young professionals working in the tech space.
