Clarissa Smith


Clarissa joined our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department in January 2013, after 5 years at regional firm Birketts LLP, where she trained and qualified in 2011. She was promoted to Partner in September 2018.

Clarissa specialises in construction and engineering related disputes. In this capacity, Clarissa assists and advises a wide variety of clients in relation to disputes of varying sizes and complexity.

Alongside proceedings in the TCC, Clarissa has had experience of a variety of forms of alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes.
