Alice Stuart-Miller


Alice is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in Manchester, dealing with both property and commercial litigation disputes.

Alice's commercial litigation work involves advising private and public sector clients on a variety of corporate and commercial disputes. In particular, Alice has been involved in insolvency proceedings and restructuring and has recently assisted with advising large groups of investors regarding failed property investment schemes. More widely, Alice's commercial litigation work also includes advising on contractual claims, unlawful retention of goods, injunctions, together with advising on all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Alice's property litigation work involves advising a variety of clients across the public and private sector on all aspects of property litigation disputes. Alice work includes advising on a full range of landlord and tenant disputes including service charge disputes, lease renewals, breaches and enforcement of restrictive covenants and forfeiture proceedings.

Alice is also a member of the Property Litigation Association. Alice was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in August 2018.
