Naomi has over 14 year's experience in the affordable housing finance sector. She is a highly respected advisor in her field and her practice covers both acting for borrower and lender clients.

Naomi has extensive experience in various areas of affordable housing, development and equity finance. Naomi has a particular specialism in debt capital markets transactions including Euro Medium Term Note Programmes and public and privately listed bond issues and private placements.

She has advised her clients on a variety of issues including innovative alternative financing structures, equity funding, group restructurings, joint ventures, hedging arrangements and all manner of funding and security arrangements.

Naomi was nominated in the category of "Outstanding Individual in Real Estate (London)" at the Legal 500 UK Awards 2019.
