He advises on procurement options and strategies, all aspects of the tender process, drafting and negotiating documents for procurement exercises and construction projects across a wide range of sectors. Mark has been recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as an expert in his field.

Mark has spoken regularly on procurement and construction topics at conferences and seminars organised by the National Housing Maintenance Forum, National Housing Federation and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
