Justin works for a range of registered providers, charity clients and investor clients.

The main focus of his work comprises property acquisitions, development acquisitions, acquisitions and disposals conditional on planning, s106 schemes and property due diligence.

Justin frequently negotiates or drafts agreements for sale and purchase, development agreements, agreements conditional on planning, 'golden brick' contracts, transfers and leases.

He works within a larger real estate team and works alongside construction, planning and corporate colleagues.
