Helen Tejada Randall


Helen is a leading national expert in local government, procurement, PPPs, public and administrative law, consistently ranked as among the world's leading government contracts lawyers (Who's Who Legal). 

Helen advises public and private sector clients on how to achieve success when procuring, bidding for and negotiating joint ventures, strategic partnerships, trading and regeneration vehicles, shared services, outsourcings and PPPs.
