Helen has been long recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers as a national expert in several legal areas including local government, public procurement, administrative and public law, education and PPPs.
Helen advises the public and private sectors on joint ventures, mutuals, strategic partnerships, trading vehicles, shared services, outsourcings and PPPs across all service areas ranging from customer services, social care and regeneration. She also advises on procurement and bidding strategies and governance issues.
Many of the projects on which she has advised have won national and international awards or been National Pathfinders because they have involved legally innovative solutions.
