Yuliia assists the team on reviewing and drafting of various commercial contracts, confidentiality and data protection matters and GDPR compliance as well as on the due diligence of corporate transactions and corporate support work. 

Before joining the department, Yuliia had 3, 5 years of previous experience working in Intellectual Property department in leading law firms in Kyiv, Ukraine, assisting the team on contentious and non-contentious matters of intellectual property including brand protection, trademark portfolio management, licensing and data protection and GDPR compliance.
