Philip has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector and has established himself as a trusted adviser to a number of UK institutional investors, property companies, lenders and retailers.

Specialising in investment, Philip is often called upon for his expertise in providing advice on how best to structure transactions, assisting his clients in transacting quickly and effectively, achieving the best possible outcome.

Philip's experience includes being client partner for Scottish Equitable Plc, Aviva Investors, AXA, Aberdeen, Teesland/Valad and Aegon UK Property Fund. He is currently retained as the trusted adviser on property matters to Kames Capital Plc.

Philip has led a number of high profile real estate transactions, including the disposal of the Tennis portfolio for Kames Capital for in excess of £500,000,000.

Philip has acted for numerous landlords and tenants in connection with the acquisition and disposal for leasehold interests and the management of leasehold properties. His relevant experience extends to corporate support and the acquisition, disposal, development and management of shopping centres, including Kingsthorpe Shopping Centre, Northampton and Banbury Cross Retail Park.
