Following many years working within recruitment Jo transitioned into the world of D&I and has gained experience within both the Insurance and Legal sectors.
She has extensive experience of supporting the D&I agenda across organisations to create a more inclusive working environment through employee engagement, the employee networks and engagement with community partners.
She has experience of implementing initiatives and managing projects across the D&I spectrum including gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ + and Wellbeing as well as specific projects such as female progression post-maternity leave and domestic violence.
She brings a wealth of experience of managing employee support groups and communicating the D&I strategy effectively to leverage support and results as well as being a trained Mental Health First Aider.
