Chris Parkinson


Chris is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department, which he joined in August 2018. He is based in our Manchester office while supporting the national Real Estate practice.

Chris has over 20 years' experience in real estate investment and development with particular emphasis on development and regeneration of urban and brownfield sites. Over the years he has acted for clients ranging from international leisure operators, developers and housebuilders to planning promotion companies, registered housing providers and private land owners in development and investment transactions. In particular, Chris is heavily involved in the area of strategic land and planning promotion, acting for landowners, promotion companies and housebuilders.

He has been noted in the Legal 500 directory as a " no nonsense 'get the deal done' type of lawyer".
