Marie McCallum


Marie is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Private Wealth and Tax department, having trained and qualified at the firm.

She acts for high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices, and advises on long term offshore and onshore wealth structuring and asset protection, often including both private and business assets as well as foreign property. Marie advises on relocation, residence and domicile, as well as cross-border tax and estate planning and succession issues.

She also provides tax planning solutions for international inward investment by families from different jurisdictions. Her work has a particular focus on investment from the Middle East.

Marie's practice spans all elements of traditional and international private client work, including will preparation, trusts, tax and estate planning and administration, probate, powers of attorney, trust management and related issues.
Marie also works closely with matrimonial counsel on asset protection and jurisdictional enforceability issues where relevant to preserving family wealth, on both marriage and divorce.

She is based in our London office and is an affiliate member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
