In particular, Jenny prepares applications to the Land Registry and conducts property search due diligence in relation to large portfolios of properties.
Jenny has assisted in respect of various charging transactions including bond issues, private placements, releases and recharging pursuant to refinancing.
Jenny also maintains property databases for large scale transactions and collates large volumes of title information and documentation.
She also obtains legal indemnity insurance quotations from insurance companies including putting policies on risk.
