Hannah Milford


Hannah is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Finance Security team based in the Exeter office.

Hannah completed her training in a local authority where she worked predominantly in commercial property before making the transition to private practice working as a Real Estate Solicitor. Work included acquisitions & disposals of commercial property, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, taking legal charges, adverse possession claims and dealings with unregistered land.

Having joined Trowers & Hamlins in July 2019, Hannah now specialises in undertaking property due diligence for large scale portfolio transactions ensuring stock is acceptable for charging purposes. Tasks include drafting certificates of title and reviewing s106 agreements and mortgagee exclusion clauses.
