Beth McManus


Beth works as part of the construction disputes team and has also worked on numerous commercial disputes.

Beth has experience in a range of contentious construction work involving High Court litigation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, negotiation and adjudication. She acts for employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and local authorities on various types of disputes including claims for extensions of time, delay and disruption, and final account. She is familiar with both standard and bespoke forms of construction contracts.

Beth works with a variety of commercial entities, including national developers, international and regional financial institutions, public sector bodies and corporate undertakings in relation to disputes of varying sizes and complexity.

Beth is on the committee of the London and South East branch of the National Association of Women in Construction.
