Beth Lindsey

Beth provides advice to both borrower and funder clients on an array of real estate finance transactions.

Beth has been a member of the team for five years and, during this time, has been involved in numerous charging exercises, both large and small, for both borrower and funder clients, which provides her with a good insight into funder requirements and enables her to identify any potential issues very early in a transaction.

In addition, Beth assists RP clients in negotiating deeds of variation to S106 and similar documents in order to best enable clients to obtain optimum value for the properties they are placing into charge.

Beth is also well versed in dealing with release and consent requests for borrowers and lenders alike, Land Registry and FCA applications and general title and search due diligence in relation to large portfolios of properties.
