Adrian Leavey
Adrian is Head of Commercial Real Estate. He spent a number of years with CMS Cameron McKenna before joining Trowers & Hamlins.
He has a very wide range of experience acting for a variety of institutional and property PLC clients. This has included large scale investment, acquisition, management and disposal and extensive mixed use development experience.
Adrian works very closely with a number of nationally recognised Plc developers and property investment clients. He creates flexible investment and occupational lease structures including turnover land schemes. Adrian works hard to provide clear client focused commercially aware advice and support, on time and on budget. He establishes project specific development and letting teams that provide a focused service that is specifically tailored to fit each client's wider development teams reporting systems and objectives.
