Khan Kassam


Khan is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects and Construction department, which he joined in October 2013 after qualifying and practicing at the London office of Dundas & Wilson LLP. After leaving in November 2014 he rejoined the firm in July 2018.

Khan has experience drafting and negotiating building contracts (including those based on the JCT and NEC forms), consultant appointments, development agreements, facility agreements, sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties. 

Khan has advised and continues to advise a broad range of clients including banks, UK and overseas funds, developers, housing associations and local authorities in respect of the design and construction of commercial property, residential property, energy plant and education sector developments.
