Julian Keith


Julian has over 12 years' experience in the Real Estate sector and advises on many aspects of development and property-related work including the acquisition, development, regeneration and funding of development sites.

This often involves advice on complex legal issues including conditional contracts, leases, overage/clawback, sale and leaseback, sub-sales and telecoms licences.

Julian has advised developers, Registered Providers and local authorities on complex joint-ventures and funding arrangements for mixed use development projects across the UK.

As Head of our Strategic Land group, Julian advises landowners, promoters and developers on all aspects of this area of property work. He also has significant experience in dealing with developers, investors and operators involved in Student Accommodation transactions.

With notable regeneration and mixed use development knowledge, Julian is the lead property advisor to the London Borough of Enfield on their 10,000 home, 3,000 job, regeneration of the Meridian Water scheme.

Julian has advised on notable innovative projects including the Apache/Moda £1.5b Build to Rent platform and advising London Underground Limited on their arrangements with Apartments for London to provide up to 1,000 affordable housing units above Station car parks across London.
