Abhishek has experience in drafting and negotiating amendments to standard form construction contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties. His practice also includes working with housing associations to deliver affordable housing across England. This work includes drafting and negotiating development agreements and golden brick agreements.

Abhishek has previously gained experience with the due diligence process having conducted reviews on a wide range of construction documents such as building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties and reported on the key risks in each document.

Abhishek also advises on the construction aspects of real estate transactions.
