His expertise covers all stages of a development's life-cycle: from acquisition, joint ventures and funding to infrastrucutre, affordable housing / s.106 disposals and site set-up. He also advises landowners, promoters and developers respectively in strategic land deals; covering both long-term options and promotion agreements.
Ross has worked with a broad range of developer clients from SME regional housebuilders to established PLCs and has extensive experience in both open-market and retirement living schemes. He enjoys the opportunity to form established relationships with his clients, shows a geneuine interest in their business and products and is always keen to act as a sounding-board on the wider commercial considerations of their deals.
