Reem Jano


Reem is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' International Corporate department, which she re-joined in November 2019 from an in-house role.

Prior to that, Reem worked as a senior paralegal in our Abu Dhabi office for over 7 years before qualifying as a solicitor in August 2018. Reem is a fluent Arabic speaker.

Reem completed her Bachelor of Laws (with honours) in 2015 from the University of Nottingham Trent, followed by the legal practice course and a master's degree from the University of Law.

Reem advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters. She has experience acting for local and international companies on general corporate matters, group restructurings, M&As and joint ventures.

Reem is based in our Dubai office.
