Julia Iddon

Julia has over 7 years' experience working in property litigation after a change in career from the financial sector and graduating from Exeter University with a degree in Music.

Julia has been studying towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Julia has experience of advising on both residential and commercial property disputes including, break notices, lease renewals, issues relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, long residential tenancies and property issues relating to receiverships.

Julia has acted for a range of property owners, from private clients to property investment trusts and companies. Regardless of the client, Julia adopts a pragmatic approach with a view to resolving the dispute in the most proportionate manner.
