James Ioannou


James is a second seat Trainee Solicitor currently sat in the Int Energy and Natural Resources department. James is based in the Oman office.

In his first seat, James worked with a wide range of private developers, housing providers, private corporations and investment vehicles covering all aspects of property.

James also works with funders and banks as necessary. In particular, James gained experience dealing with complex transactional work including the acquisition and subsequent development of large property sites; advising in relation to JV property development deals; advising in relation to the property aspects of corporate M&A/private sell-off transactions; dealing with large property stock swaps; and ad-hoc leasehold and freehold matters.
