Shaun has been working with Middle East clients for over 13 years. Shaun is also a fluent Arabic speaker.

Shaun acts for both public and private sector clients. He specialises in advising developers, lenders and off-takers on power and water projects across the Middle East in both the traditional and renewable energy sectors. Shaun advises clients both as lead and UAE counsel on these mandates. Shaun also has significant experience in corporate transactions, particularly on corporate structuring, acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and major projects. He regularly advises national and international investors.
