Annie Hennis


Annie is a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team dealing with both property and commercial disputes.

She joined the firm in 2017 and assists a variety of clients across the social housing, public and private sector. She assists clients on a range of housing management queries and regularly acts for social landlords in residential possession claims and possession of shared ownership leases.

Annie specialises in Leasehold Enfranchisement and acts for both landlords and tenants advising on statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, freehold purchases and collective enfranchisement.

On the commercial side, Annie assists the team with various instructions, whether that be assisting in commercial litigation or contentious insolvency situations and also acts for local authorities with bulk income recovery. Annie assists the commercial litigation team generally in effective file management and research matters.

Annie is also a committee member of the newly formed Northern branch of the Social Housing Law Association and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
