Rebecca Gibson


Rebecca has over 15 years experience of working with housing associations, charities, voluntary and public sector bodies. 

Her work involves property sale, acquisition and development projects including care homes, key worker and student accommodation. She has substantial and wide ranging experience in stock rationalisation and stock swaps market in relation to both general needs and supported housing by both private and third sector organisations and has an excellent working relationship with other professionals in this sector.

Rebecca also drafts and negotiates nomination agreements, management agreements, care contracts, support agreements, leases and tenancies.

Rebecca written articles and presented seminars on the Supporting People Programme and the care legislation, as well as stock rationalisation.

Rebecca has worked in local authority housing departments, has a degree in Housing Management and Development and is accredited as a Housing Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
